Hummus Kitchen has opened up their third location in Murray Hill. Under the International Kosher Council’s Supervision (I believe they are open on Shabbat? After a tip last week, the word on the subways are that Kolette’s Kitchen will be opening soon on Lexington Avenue between 55 and 56 streets under the OK Kosher hescher. Surprise surprise – their menu will be having your typical kosher menu of pretty much everything, including middle eastern, deli and vietnamese cuisine. Let us know how it is when you go there, will yah? UPDATE: Our buddy Avi tells us that they are still not open as of today. We will update again when they are!
